At SmartTechrapic, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that buying furniture is a big decision, and sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience when returning or exchanging products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return any item purchased from SmartTechrapic within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- The item must be in resellable condition (i.e., free from damage, stains, or wear).
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture.
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized vendors.
- Items that have been damaged or modified by the customer.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@smarttechrapic.com or call us at (906) 259-0508. Provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
Once we receive your return request, our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Please ensure the item is properly packed to prevent damage during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or full refund, depending on your preference. In this case, SmartTechrapic will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges but will issue a refund for your returned item once it is received and inspected.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item for a refund after it has been delivered.
